For the past ten years, Ristorante Nina's has been under the care of Chef Vito Parisi, a man whose love for food was born in a small kitchen in Molfetta, Italy. As a boy, he would watch his mother cook, her hands moving with practiced grace, transforming simple ingredients into something magical. The rich aroma of tomatoes simmering on the stove, the crackle of fresh bread from the oven, and the warmth of family gathered around the table—these were the moments that shaped him.

Taking over Nina’s in 2015 was more than just an opportunity; it was an honor. He inherited not just a restaurant but a legacy, one built on tradition, passion, and the belief that food is meant to be shared. For Chef Vito, every meal served at Nina’s is a chance to bring people together, to create memories, and to turn strangers into family—just as his mother did in their home in Italy.
